Does every villa have its own private pool?
Yes. Each of the three villas has its own chlorine-free swimming pool, sun terrace, loungers and private outdoor shower. Nothing is shared — there is no communal pool and no communal terrace.
How many people does a villa sleep?
Up to five. Each villa has two bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be joined into a second double — plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
How far is the beach, and how far is Kardamena?
The sea is a 13-minute walk — about 900 metres straight down to Atlantis Beach and its beachfront restaurant. Kardamena itself is a four-minute drive along the seafront, or a 25-minute walk.
How far is Kos International Airport?
Around 9 km — roughly a 15-minute drive. Airport transfers and car hire can both be arranged for you before you arrive.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough to work from?
Yes. The villas run on Starlink, so the connection is fast and stable enough for video calls and remote work, which is unusual for this part of the island.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance so someone is there to meet you.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. The villas are also not suitable for parties or events — they are designed for quiet stays.
Can you help with transfers, car hire or boat trips?
Yes. Konstantina lives on the island and can arrange airport transfers, car hire, restaurant reservations, excursions and private boat rentals. Just ask before or during your stay.
