The layout
Built for five, without feeling full.
Two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open living space and a terrace that doubles the size of the house.
Large windows fill the rooms with light from morning onwards, and the sliding doors open the living room straight onto the pool terrace. Every window has an insect screen, so you can leave them open in the evening.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, generous wardrobes and real storage — the things that make the difference between a long weekend and a proper three-week stay.
Water throughout the villa is desalinated, and the pool is chlorine-free.

Outside your door

A pool nobody else swims in, a table nobody else books, and a garden with a gate.
The pool is chlorine-free and edged with a sun terrace, loungers and a private outdoor shower. Under the pergola there is a full-size dining table looking out over the pool towards the sea and the hills — where most guests end up eating every meal.
Your parking space sits discreetly behind the house, a few steps from the door, so no car ever appears in the view.

Please let us know your arrival time in advance so someone can meet you. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets cannot be accommodated, and the villas are not suitable for parties, events or stag and hen groups — the whole point of the place is that it stays quiet.
